Burque Bites

This is an illustrative recipe I did for a children’s cook book. Recipe is a tweaked version of an old home recipe, a little sweeter for this time of year.
Simple recipe that’s delicious and reps the 505.

Ingredients (makes one roll):
- 1 whole Hatch green chile. (Hot or mild)
- 1 tortilla
- 6-8 table spoons- sour cream
- 1 table spoon- butter
- Brown sugar
Directions:
- Spread sour cream on tortilla.
- Chop/dice green chile and cover surface of tortilla.
- Sprinkle a dash of brown sugar over the tortilla.
- Roll
- Brush 1 tablespoon melted butter over surface of roll.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over buttered roll (to taste)
- Slice
- Enjoy!
